Recovery Partners

The Recovery Partners program is an intensive outpatient treatment option for adults with a dual diagnosis of mental illness and a substance use disorder.  The program provides multidisciplinary treatment to care for clients’ co-occurring conditions.

Staff and clients use evidence-based practices to develop a client-centered treatment plan that begins with an individual assessment along with individual counseling sessions.  This treatment integrates the following:

Goals for the program include reducing the substance abuse and stabilizing symptoms of mental illness, improving clients’ overall level of functioning and helping participants develop an ongoing support network to extend their periods of sobriety and increase stability.
