Housing options include:

- Thomas House – a licensed board and lodge that provides housing for up to six adults with mental illness.
- Northgate Community Housing – a twelve-unit apartment complex that provides long-term subsidized rent and support services to adults with a mental illness.
- Shared housing – a subsidized four-bedroom house.
- Shelter plus care - scattered site housing for adults with mental illness who are homeless.
