Psychological Services

Zumbro Valley Mental Health Center provides a range of psychological services for children, adolescents and adults.  Our multi-specialty team of behavioral health specialists utilizes a client-centered approach in which the counselor and patient work together to identify the issues and strategies to manage them.

Treatment services include:

• Comprehensive psychological evaluation
• Diagnostic assessment and psychological testing
• Individual psychological therapy
• Couples and family therapy
• Children’s therapy and play therapy
• Domestic violence treatment
• Information on community resources

Zumbro Valley also provides group therapy options for a variety of topics, including depression, anger and anxiety.  Mental health staff includes psychologists and licensed therapists.
